COVID-19 Guide: Protecting our Staff, Volunteers and the Evergreen Brick Works Community

As Evergreen Brick Works re-opens to our guests, tenants, programs, and stakeholders, health and safety are our priorities. In preparation for re-opening, Evergreen has established a Recovery Planning Committee and increased the frequency of Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings. Through this process, we have developed the COVID-19 Guide: Protecting our Staff, Volunteers and the Evergreen Brick Works Community and a new zoning system to manage the day-to-day usage of the site.

In preparing this guide, Evergreen has relied on resources provided by various levels of government and public health officials, as well as best practices that have been shared with us from our industry contacts and partners. Given the rate of change and ongoing evolution of the pandemic, we will continue to review the latest information available, make evidence-based decisions, and update our protocols as needed.

As programs and activities return to the site, additional health and safety protocols may be in place to reduce the spread of Covid-19. A full Safety Plan will be available onsite at the entrance to the program. If you would like to see the safety plan for a specific program in advance of arriving at Brick Works, please email JHSC@evergreen.ca
