Brickworks Cider

Brickworks Cider's story begins the same way their cider does, with fresh pressed Ontario apples and a dream. They named their urban cidery “Brickworks”, a tribute to Toronto rising from the ashes following The Great Fire of 1904. This story of resilience is also what inspired their first cider – Batch: 1904. Their ciders are made with Canadian apples, and you can find their Ciderhouse located in the heart of Toronto’s thriving Riverside neighbourhood.
